As you may notice, Desktop Gadget and Siderbar feature is missing in Windows 8 RTM. Personally I don’t feel any regrets about them since I am not a gadgets user. But lots of people missing them. If you can’t live without desktop gadgets, here is a good news: desktop gadgets and sidebar is available for Windows 8.
Simple installer will bring them back for you.
